Thanks for subscribing to the newsletter for LiveOnPurpose.info. Live On Purpose is about helping you become conscious of your thought patterns, so you can make better decisions in your life. Don't live an accidental life! Live on purpose.

But first, an On-Purpose maxim:

When you align with your purpose, your work will be your joy and your love made manifest through action. ~James Ray

I have found a topic that moves me to my core. I am exploring the relationship between one's diet and one's mood, or disposition. There are many books available on the subject, and yet the knowledge is not common among my peers. I have a feeling that not very many people know that they have the power to eliminate their irritability and depression using the foods and supplements they take.

I am so enthusiastic about this topic that I've begun the research to write a short book about it. I find the research absolutely fascinating, and I want to share my knowledge, because this is truly life-saving information.

For instance, did you know that 25% of depressed patients are deficient in vitamins B6 and B12? And when doctors administer B6 supplements to these patients, the depression is relieved or disappears? This indicates that vitamin deficiency is a cause of depression, not an effect of it.

Did you know that a deficiency of omega-3 fatty acids are also related to depression? In Japan and Taiwan, representing the highest consumption of fish in the world, depression rates are 60 times lower than in North America, Europe, and New Zealand, where the consumption of fish is the lowest in the world.

I will be taking facts like these and more and weaving them into an information-packed ebook guide. I will email my private list and offer free copies of it in pdf format when it is available. Everyone else will pay a for it as a normal book.

So know for now that you can boost the super-fast results you get from Holosync by combining your meditation with a proper diet and supplements! Put on those headphones, take your mulitivitamins, and if you don't like fish, buy some omega-3 fatty acid supplements. You'll boost your mood in no time.

If you have never tried Holosync, go see the web site for yourself.
