This is a bona fide life changing book because it offers solutions that are do-able.
Happy for No Reason by Marci Shimoff. I also highly recommend this book to anyone. It is a complete resource for turning your moods around, as long as you pick it up and use it! The pages are filled with tips, exercises to try, and real-life stories for how people turned their happiness quotient around. The back is filled with recommended resources, from other web sites to films and E-zines, to classes and the authors' own entire CD course.
